Welcome to the official registration form for the XIII Edition of the Charity Tournament , organised by Associazioni Morgana & O.R.U.M.!
A day of sport, fun, togetherness and solidarity to support a good cause.
📌 EVENT DETAILS:
📅 Date: Sunday 18th October
📍 Location: Campetti di Cristo Re – Viale Principe Umberto 83, Messina
🕘 Time: Tournament start time 09:00 (show up at least 20 minutes in advance)
💰 Registration fee per team:
Men's Tournament (Soccer A7): €100 per team
Women's Tournament (Football A5): €50 per team
🍔 Food Area: Guaranteed free lunch for all participating players!
⚠️ NOTES ON COMPILATION:
This form must be completed exclusively by the Captain / Contact Person of the team.
Make sure you have the personal data of the components and any dietary needs (allergies/intolerances) at hand.
The registration will be considered valid only upon completion of the payment of the participation fee.
